Liberating Stress Made Easy

The most colloquial term that you all come across time and again at your workplace is something that is called ‘Stress’ which is still a subject of study and debate. Ironically, the stress always comes in the form of an outburst and the most bizarre thing about the so called stress is its relative nature. In a nut shell, the successful figures always reflect the presence of a fine sense of judgment particularly when they encounter stress; which in the long run benefits the whole business operations. They have got an instinct, which takes their behavior to the state of equilibrium that helps them managing stress and business quite diligently. On the contrary, facing stress makes the man a bit terse, a stressed man talks inside his head. In this condition, he does not possess strong brain areas for speech so this suits his mindset. When he has a problem he talks to himself.

This is why under the pressure of stress, a man clams up and stop talking. This silence is often distressing and frightening for a stressful scenario that ends up hampering the business. He just wants to be left alone to fire gaze until he comes up with some solutions and answers.

Managing Stress: The Greek philosopher Aristotle believed that the center for thought lay in the heart, which is why the heart is the object of many of our expressions and emotions. It may seem ridiculous to us now, but many experts, as recently as the 19th Century, still agreed with Aristotle.

In 1962, Roger Sperry won a Nobel Prize for identifying that the two hemispheres of the brain’s cerebral cortex are responsible for separate intellectual functions. The technological advancement is now allowing us to see how the brain operates, but our real understanding of brain function is still very basic. In simplified terms, all the successful people who are being hailed and remembered for their business success stories, have taught this world more by the manner in which they handle the so called stress and less by the manner in which they achieve success in flourishing their business. The famous contemporary figures like Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Late Steve Paul, Larry Page and many others are undoubtedly the epitome of success, who are equally recognized and remembered as the best stress handlers whom we have ever witnessed. Stress is nothing, but apparently a state of mind and it actually stands in need of an ideal state of composure.
